Toast to Valentine’s Day at FYVE Restaurant

Valentine’s Day is a time to indulge all your senses, and there’s no better way to do that than a dining experience at FYVE Restaurant in the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City in Arlington. 

Make a dinner reservation and prepare to be delighted with the smells and flavors of every single dish, perfectly prepared and plated like works of art! To start, try the burrata antipasti or the grilled octopus with romesco sauce and chorizo. For your entree, the 1855 grilled ribeye with smoked BBQ demi-glace is incredible. If red meat isn’t your thing, try the pan-seared salmon with hen of the woods mushroom and heirloom rainbow carrots. Save room for a crema Catalana with white wine poached pears to share for dessert!

One thing they’re truly known for at FYVE is their specialty cocktails. Their signature cocktail is the Puzzle Palace made with Bowman Brothers Bourbon, St. Germain, orange, orange and walnut bitters, with a lavender garnish. Either start with that or end with it, you won’t be disappointed!
