  • I absolutely love living at the Witmer. The apartments here are top of the line and have incredible views. The staff are always friendly and there are frequent community events that really make you feel welcome and like you’re part of a family. I’ve recommended the building to friends and those that moved in have loved. The location is awesome and allows me to walk to work and is conveniently located on top of the blue and yellow metro lines. I’d definitely recommend The Witmer to anyone.

  • The Witmer Team is phenomenal! This is a place you can call home, from the front of the house to the back of the house. Concierge team remembers my name and always willing to assist my needs. The maintenance team answer service requests in a timely fashion and very professional. Also, the events are extravagant and over the top. Come and move to The Witmer today. You won’t regret it.

  • The building is brand new and amenities are stellar. The strongest attribute of the apartment though is the maintenance team. They will cater to your needs and are extremely responsive. Dedicated and resilient would be the words to describe the maintenance staff.

  • Alistair from maintenance is fantastic! He is a consummate professional, very prompt, courteous and gets the job done. In addition, Antoinette is a resourceful manager and Jordan is a wonderful front desk receptionist. I love the Witmer!!
